Your machine
How to tell which you have
- One model: this manual covers the 20 in ProScrub, a walk-behind autoscrubber that runs on two 12 V batteries (24 V), with a 20 in (51 cm) pad or brush and a 30 in (76 cm) squeegee.
- Check the size: the ProScrub is 44 in (112 cm) long, 23 in (59 cm) wide and 35 in (89 cm) tall, with a 12 gal solution tank and a 15 gal recovery tank.
- Pad or brush: the drive list has both the 20 in pad driver and the 20 in brush. Pick the one your machine runs.
How to read this list
Our part numbers are the Aztec number with AZ in front, so Aztec 030-20-103 is AZ030-20-103 and Aztec S2-47 is AZS2-47. Each line shows the item number on the drawing. Blue part numbers open the part page. Lines marked Call to confirm part are not listed online yet; call 800-440-6723 and we will source them. Prices were current on ; your cart always shows the current price. Have your machine serial number ready when you call.

New to your Aztec ProScrub? Start here
Set up, run and look after your ProScrub. Everything here comes from Aztec’s owner’s manual, rewritten in plain steps, with the parts you need linked to the list above.
1Check it before every use
- Park on a level surface with the machine switch off.
- Look around and under the machine for leaks and damage. Make sure all covers are in place and all nuts, bolts and screws are tight.
- Review the maintenance schedule and do any maintenance that is due.
- Fix any problem you find, or have your service dealer fix it, before you run the machine.

2Put a pad or brush on
- Empty both tanks before you tip the machine back. Liquid can spill out and damage the floor.
- Get a helper: this is a two-person job. The machine is not stable tipped back, so never leave it unattended in that position.
- For a pad, take the plastic centerlok (AZ201-LOK) off the pad driver (AZ030-20-262), center the pad and put the centerlok back on. Attach the pad before you install the driver on the motor hub.
- For a brush (AZ030-BRUSH), lower the brush head with the pedal and center the squeegee behind the machine. Tilt the machine back onto the squeegee to reach the motor hub.
- Don’t leave it tilted back longer than you need to, or you can damage the squeegee blades.

3Fill up and start scrubbing
- Drain the recovery tank every time before you refill the solution tank. If you don’t, foam or water gets into the vacuum standpipe, and the warranty does not cover that damage.
- Turn the solution control knob (AZ030-20-103) fully off and fill the solution tank with water and a nonflammable, non-foaming cleaner. Never use water hotter than 140°F (60°C).
- Release the squeegee lift lever (AZ370-030-300) to lower the squeegee, then push the top of the foot pedal lever forward to lower the pad or brush.
- Turn the vacuum switch on, turn the solution knob counterclockwise a little to start the flow, then turn the brush switch on.
- Push the machine forward in a straight line. Don’t stay in one spot for more than a few seconds with the brush turning, or you can damage the floor.

4Finish, drain, charge and store
- Turn the brush and vacuum switches off. Press the bottom of the foot pedal down until it clicks to raise the head, then lift the squeegee lever into its locked, raised position.
- Drain the recovery tank through the black drain hose (AZ030-20-121). After each use, flush both tanks with clean water and drain them completely.
- To charge, turn all switches off and open the recovery tank. Plug the charger into the scrubber first, then into a grounded wall outlet. It shuts off by itself when the batteries are full.
- When the charger has shut off, unplug it from the wall outlet first, then from the scrubber.
- Store the machine upright in a dry place with the pad and squeegee off the floor. Take the recovery tank lid off to let air in.

Common Aztec ProScrub parts questions
How long does the Aztec ProScrub run on a charge?
About 3 hours on fully charged batteries. Recharge when the battery meter drops into the red zone, and don’t keep running after that, or you will damage the batteries.
Sources: Aztec ProScrub spec sheet (05-2026), page 1; Aztec ProScrub 20” Owner’s Manual (02-2026), pages 10 and 15. SES ref PF-U2VN-ZEWA
Why is my ProScrub leaving water behind?
Empty the recovery tank if it is full and clean the ball float shutoff screen. Then check for a clogged squeegee, worn blades, loose thumbscrews and a loose or worn vacuum hose. Turning too sharply can also cause squeegee spillover.
Source: Aztec ProScrub 20” Owner’s Manual (02-2026), pages 10 and 23. SES ref PF-U2VN-ZEWA
Why did my ProScrub brush motor stop?
The machine circuit breaker may have tripped. Let the motor cool down; the breaker resets by itself. If it still won’t run, check the carbon brushes and replace them if they are worn to 3/8 in or less.
Source: Aztec ProScrub 20” Owner’s Manual (02-2026), page 23. SES ref PF-U2VN-ZEWA
Can I fill the ProScrub with hot water?
Yes, up to 140°F (60°C). Never use boiling water: it damages the tanks, and the warranty does not cover that damage.
Source: Aztec ProScrub 20” Owner’s Manual (02-2026), page 7. SES ref PF-U2VN-ZEWA
How do I take the squeegee off without tools?
Lower the squeegee to the floor with the lift lever, unscrew the two squeegee attachment knobs and disconnect the vacuum hose. Then raise the lift lever. For transport, you can set the squeegee in the control panel cradle.
Source: Aztec ProScrub 20” Owner’s Manual (02-2026), page 10. SES ref PF-U2VN-ZEWA
What batteries does the ProScrub use?
Two 12 V, 130 Ah deep-cycle lead acid batteries. Aztec also offers an AGM battery package. Check the fluid in lead acid batteries every 10 charges and top up with distilled water to the top of the plates.

Notes on this parts list
Places where Aztec's drawings, parts lists and text disagree, and how this page handles them. If you are unsure, call 800-440-6723 with your serial number.
- The page 8 photo labels parts with their part numbers but no item numbers, so it has no clickable callouts. Two labels, CONTROL PANEL CRADLE and FOOT PEDAL LEVER, have no part number; call us to confirm those parts.
- The poly wheel is printed two ways: 156-PB03041-08 in the shroud list (page 18) and 156-PB-03041-08 in the squeegee list (page 19). We link both lines to our AZ156-PB-03041-08; call us if the wheel does not match.
- Item 1C in the drive list (page 20) is printed “20” BRUSH D (NOT SHOWN)”; the description looks cut off. Items 1B and 1C are not on the drawing, and items 1A, 15A and 15B have no callout.
- The same part number appears under different names: 370-030-600 is FOOT PEDAL on page 8 and MOTOR LIFT FOOT BRACKET on page 20; 370-030-300 is SQUEEGEE LIFT LEVER on page 8 and SQUEEGEE LIFT ARM on page 21; 625-6477K58 is WING NUTS on page 8 and WING NUT KNOB – BLACK on page 19; 166-EL1412 is VALVE ELBOW FITTING on page 8 and VALVE FITTING on page 16; S2-47-CUFF is printed under VACUUM HOSE on page 8 and as HOSE CUFFS on page 17.
- 216-NYC0812 is printed for three tubing lines on page 16, cut to 26 in (drain hose), 5.25 in and 25 in (solution hose).
- Page 18 prints five splash skirt hardware numbers under item 1 with one description; each is listed here as SPLASH SKIRT HARDWARE.
- Page 21 prints HANDLE BASE BRACKET - LEFT (370-030-120L) with no item number; only the right bracket is called out (5).
- The complete squeegee assembly, 030-1000, is printed as a footnote under the page 19 list with no item number or quantity.
- The squeegee drawing (page 19) shows callout 8 twice, once circled and once as a bold 8. Both open item 8.
- Page 8 says to fill the solution tank with up to 14 gallons, but the specifications (page 5) and spec sheet give the solution tank as 12 gallons.
- The solution tank draining steps (page 8) start with the clear hose at the back, then say to rinse through and reconnect the Black Drain Hose, which is the recovery tank drain hose (030-20-121).
- Troubleshooting (page 23) says to push the solution flow lever forward; the operating steps (page 9) open the flow by turning the Solution Control Knob counterclockwise.
- The wiring diagram (page 22) shows a circuit breaker for the brush motor, one for the vacuum motor and a vac motor relay. The control panel list has one CIRCUIT BREAKER (qty 1) and no relay.
- The spec sheet gives the weight as 330 lbs (163 kg) and the shipping weight as 360 lbs (163 kg). 163 kg matches 360 lb, not 330 lb.
- The warranty (page 25) gives the vacuum and brush motors 1 year but also lists motors among the wear parts it does not cover. The spec sheet lists the warranty as 1 year.
- The batteries and charger are not on the parts lists.
- Descriptions are copied as Aztec prints them, including its spellings (for example SQUEEGIE on page 8 and ASSBLY on page 19).
