Repair drop-off service
Bring your equipment to our South Carolina facility for diagnostics and repair.
- How it works: fill out the drop-off form and bring your machine with its accessories (squeegee assemblies, pads, hoses and chargers). Our certified technicians will give you a detailed estimate.
- Drop-off terms: 30 days after an estimate is issued or work is completed, a $2.00 per day storage charge applies. After 60 days the unit is considered abandoned.
Nationwide on-site service
We refer nationwide on-site service requests to our preferred service partner, Kärcher NA. Kärcher's service network offers timely, competitive pricing on nearly every make and model of cleaning equipment, including planned maintenance (PM), general and emergency repair.
