How much does floor machine repair cost?
In-shop labor is $117 per hour and on-site labor in our South Carolina service area is $117 per hour, each with a 1-hour minimum. Travel is $125 per hour within a 50-mile radius.
Do you offer on-site service outside South Carolina?
Yes. Outside our local area we refer on-site service to our preferred partner, Kärcher NA, whose network covers nearly every make and model with planned maintenance, general and emergency repair.
What warranty comes with a reconditioned machine?
Our SES Certified warranty covers parts for 90 days and labor for 30 days in the lower 48 states, plus a dead-on-arrival guarantee if you tell us within 48 hours.
What warranty comes with new equipment?
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand, model and type of equipment.
Is there a storage charge for drop-off repairs?
Yes. Starting 30 days after an estimate is issued or work is completed, storage is $2.00 per day. After 60 days the unit is considered abandoned.
