“The XR is the large rider in the Factory Cat lineup, sized for distribution centers, sports arenas and aviation facilities. This one has the 46-inch cylindrical deck: two 44-inch brushes on 1.5 hp motors at 750 rpm that scrub and sweep light debris in a single pass, with up to 350 lb of down pressure behind them.
What stands out is capacity. The tanks hold 68 gallons each, the 36-volt system runs six 325 Ah batteries for up to 6 hours, and twin vacuum motors pull 140 cfm. The frame is 7-gauge steel, powder painted, with tall polyurethane rollers and stainless fasteners, and the tanks tip for access to the vacuum motors, filters, pump and valves.
The trade-off is size: it is 69 inches long, 36 wide and 1,950 lb with batteries, and needs 76 inches to U-turn, so it belongs on open floors rather than narrow aisles. For tighter spaces, look at the Factory Cat GTX-HD 29. This listing is a reconditioned unit.”

Two 44 x 7 in brushes, each on a 1.5 hp motor, turn at 750 rpm with up to 350 lb of down pressure and five automatic pressure settings, scrubbing and sweeping light debris in one pass. A 1.6 hp twin-motor vacuum rated at 68 in of water lift and 140 cfm recovers the water.
The XR holds 68 gal of solution and 68 gal of recovery, with a 2.5 gal demisting chamber and solution flow up to 1.5 gpm. Six 325 Ah batteries give up to 6 hours of run time and charge from a 36 V, 36 A automatic charger.
