“The Nautilus-E is PowerBoss's battery version of its industrial Nautilus rider, built for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and other big indoor floors where engine exhaust and noise are a problem. It scrubs a 45-inch path, or 55.5 inches with the optional side scrub brush, and carries a 90-gallon solution tank and a 104-gallon recovery tank counting the demister chamber.
What stands out is that it keeps industrial-rider muscle without the engine: up to 400 lb of brush down force, two 0.8 hp vacuum fans with 65 inches of water lift, front-wheel drive and steering, and a stainless steel scrub deck. PowerBoss rates the standard 750 Ah battery at about 6 hours and the 864 Ah lithium option at 8 hours or more per charge, and the optional packs can be opportunity charged.
The trade-off is size. It is a large machine that needs wide aisles to turn, so for mid-size floors or tight racking, a smaller battery rider such as a PowerBoss Scrubmaster is easier to work around. This listing is a demo unit.”

The PowerBoss Nautilus-E is a battery-powered industrial rider scrubber/sweeper with a 45-inch main scrub path, or 55.5 inches with the optional side scrub brush. Brush down force is up to 400 lb. The solution tank holds 90 gallons and the recovery tank 104 gallons including the demister chamber, and two 0.8 hp vacuum fans running at 14,500 rpm provide 65 inches of water lift.
Front-wheel drive and steering move the machine at up to 4 mph while scrubbing and 5.5 mph in transport. The standard battery is 750 Ah (C6), with 840 Ah and 864 Ah lithium options that can be opportunity charged. PowerBoss builds it with a stainless steel scrub deck, an agricultural-grade E-coated steel frame, a tilt-and-lock squeegee that services without tools, and LED front and rear lights.
