“With the 30-inch R 75 deck, the B 80 W Bp is about as much walk-behind as most facilities will want: warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing floors, gyms and big retail stores with long open runs. With 21-gallon solution and recovery tanks and a traction drive, one operator can cover a lot of floor before stopping to empty and refill.
The cylindrical head is the draw. Roller brushes dig into grout lines, textured tile and uneven concrete better than discs, and they collect small debris into a waste container as they scrub. FACT gives three roller speeds, and the 4-color display shows remaining run time in minutes, so operators know when to head back to charge.
The trade-off is width and weight. At 32 inches wide and about 617 pounds with batteries, it is a machine for open floor, not narrow aisles or restrooms; for tighter spaces the 26-inch R 65 version is easier to place. This is a reconditioned unit, so ask us about its batteries.”

The Kärcher B 80 W Bp is a large battery walk-behind scrubber that stays easy to maneuver, and this unit is fitted with the R 75 cylindrical scrub deck. Two roller brushes clean a 30-inch path at 400 to 1,550 rpm with 213 pounds of contact pressure, a 39-inch V-shaped squeegee follows, and the roller deck includes a waste container for coarse debris. Solution and recovery tanks hold 21 gallons each.
A 4-color LCD shows the cleaning programs along with remaining battery run time in minutes, water quantity, speed, service interval, a full recovery tank warning and detergent dosage. The cleaning head and squeegee raise automatically for reverse travel and lower again going forward. FACT adjusts roller speed in three steps: Power Clean (100%), Whisper Clean (60%) for lower noise and longer run time, and Fine Clean (40%). The KIK key system controls access and settings.
