“The B 150 R Bp is a mid-size battery rider for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and big-box retail where a walk-behind can't keep up. This demo carries the R 90 cylindrical head, which scrubs a 35-inch path and, thanks to its integrated sweeping mechanism, picks up light debris into a small container as it goes, so you aren't stopping to clear grit off the floor first.
The 40-gallon solution and recovery tanks give long runs between fills, and the large color display puts contact pressure, water volume and remaining run time in front of the operator. The KIK key lets a supervisor lock in settings so every operator cleans the same way.
The trade-off is size. At 959 to 1,146 pounds with batteries it needs room to turn and isn't meant for tight offices or small rooms. This is a demo unit, so ask us about its battery type, hours and whether it has the optional side brush.”

The Kärcher B 150 R Bp is a battery-powered rider scrubber drier for larger indoor areas, and this demo is fitted with the R 90 cylindrical brush head. The roller brushes run at 600 to 1,300 rpm across a 35-inch path, with a 42-inch squeegee behind them. Because the R head has an integrated sweeping mechanism with a 2.5-gallon debris container, the machine can sweep, scrub and vacuum in one pass, especially with the optional side brush.
Contact pressure, water volume, turbine power and roller speed are set on a large color control panel, which also shows the water level and remaining run time. The brush head and squeegee lower automatically and lift in reverse. The KIK key system and color-coded controls keep operation simple, and eco!efficiency mode cuts power use from 2,800 W to 1,680 W. Solution and recovery tanks hold 40 gallons each.
