“The KM 90/60 R Bp Adv is a compact battery ride-on sweeper for crews who have outgrown a walk-behind: warehouses, distribution centers, parking garages, plant aisles and sidewalks. With its standard side brush it sweeps a 36-inch path, and Kärcher rates it at up to 58,125 square feet per hour at 3.72 mph.
The Adv version adds Tact, which cleans the flat pleated filter automatically and continuously, so dust control holds up through a shift without stopping to shake out the filter. The floating main roller follows the floor, suction is adjustable, a coarse dirt flap lets larger debris in, and the Home Base adapter lets the operator carry a litter picker, broom or extra container on board. It runs on a 24-volt battery system, indoors or out.
The trade-off is hopper size. The 15.85-gallon waste container fills quickly on heavy debris, so for large lots or construction cleanup a bigger industrial rider makes more sense. This is a reconditioned unit.”

The Kärcher KM 90/60 R Bp Adv is a battery ride-on vacuum sweeper with a 24-inch floating main roller and a side brush for a 36-inch sweeping path, or 45 inches with the optional left side brush kit. It sweeps by the overthrow method into a 15.85-gallon waste container, drives forward and reverse at up to 3.72 mph and climbs 12% grades. Kärcher rates maximum area performance at 58,125 square feet per hour.
The Adv model's Tact system cleans the flat pleated filter automatically and continuously for dust-free sweeping, and suction power is adjustable. The EASY Operation controls are clearly laid out, the side brush is pneumatically controlled, the sweeping function can be switched off, and a battery indicator and hour counter are standard. The Home Base adapter lets the operator carry tools such as a litter picker or broom on the machine.
