“The Storm SP13 is a 13-inch, 175 rpm floor machine for scrubbing, stripping and buffing where a 17- or 20-inch machine is awkward: restrooms, small offices, classrooms, tight corridors and the spaces behind fixtures. It runs a 13-inch pad on the included 12-inch rigid pad driver, or an optional nylon, polypropylene or grit brush.
Windsor built it around a 1.0 hp, 66-frame induction motor with start and run capacitors and a steel triple planetary gearbox, all in a die-cast aluminum base with a non-marking bumper. The handle height adjusts, dual switch levers and a thumb-activated safety interlock work for left- or right-handed operators, and the 50-foot cord gives good reach. It stores in a 21 by 14 inch footprint.
Keep expectations in line with the size. It is a low-speed machine, not a burnisher, so it will not produce a high-speed gloss, and on large open floors a 20-inch machine or an auto scrubber covers ground much faster. This is a reconditioned unit.”

A 1.0 hp, 66-frame induction motor with start and run capacitors drives the pad at 175 rpm through a heavy-duty steel triple planetary gearbox. It runs a 13-inch pad on the included 12-inch rigid pad driver, and Windsor offers nylon, polypropylene, mild grit and aggressive grit brushes for scrubbing and stripping.
The motor base and handle housing are die-cast aluminum with a non-marking PVC bumper, and the 1.5-inch steel handle tube has a high-mounted lock for height adjustment. Dual main switch levers and a thumb-activated safety interlock prevent accidental starts, a built-in circuit breaker protects the motor, and the 50-foot, 14/3 cord has strain relief. The machine weighs 100 lb and is cULus listed.
