“The SC6500 45C is a large-area rider for supermarkets, warehouses, manufacturing plants, airports and universities, where a 45-inch pass and 70-gallon tanks cut the hours a job takes. The cylindrical deck runs 45 x 8.5-inch brushes at 630 rpm on two 1.5 hp motors and sweeps light debris into a hopper as it scrubs, and Advance designed it for single-pass cleaning of dirty floors.
What stands out is how it is built for industrial work: a tubular steel frame, an industrial bumper, frame-mounted rollers that protect the deck, and a maintenance-free AC brushless drive. EcoFlex on this unit lets the operator turn water and chemical up or down to match the floor, and the 84-inch minimum aisle turn helps when turning around at the end of an aisle.
The honest trade-off is size. At 54 inches wide and 3,365 pounds at gross weight, it needs room to work and floors that can carry it. For tighter buildings, the 36-inch SC5000 or the smaller SC4000 is a better fit. This is a reconditioned unit.”

The Advance SC6500 45C is a battery-powered rider scrubber with a 45-inch (114 cm) cylindrical scrub deck. This listing is a reconditioned unit equipped with the EcoFlex system. Two 1.5 hp brush motors drive 45 x 8.5-inch brushes at 630 rpm. A 57-inch sweeping path and dual side brooms move light debris into a 0.44 cu ft hopper. Solution and recovery tanks each hold 70 gallons (265 L).
A variable-speed AC brushless drive moves the machine up to 6.0 mph forward and 3.0 mph reverse, with dual-disc brakes and high-traction non-marking wheels. It runs on a 36 V battery system and turns in an 84-inch aisle. Heavy-duty adjustable Linatex side squeegees, yellow color-coded touch points, frame-mounted deck rollers and an adjustable tilt steering column are standard.
