“The Reel Cleaner is a touchless spray-and-vac system for restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, stairwells and other non-absorbent areas. Instead of wiping fixtures by hand, the operator sprays chemical and rinse water, blows water out of corners, and vacuums the floor dry. Advance rated it at 300 psi at the nozzle and 1 gallon per minute, with a 25-gallon solution tank and a 22-gallon recovery tank.
The design detail that matters most is hose management. Reels store the 50-foot solution hose and the recovery hose, which keeps tangles down and storage compact, and each standard tool has its own spot on the machine. The clamshell housing opens for motor and pump access, a sight gauge shows the water level, and the drain hose empties into a commode or slop sink.
It is a bigger machine than a mop and bucket at 135 pounds empty, and it needs a nearby outlet and a place to dump. For a single small restroom, a simpler tool may fit better. This is a reconditioned unit, so confirm which tools come with it.”

It sprays solution at 300 psi at the nozzle (1 gpm), blows dirt and water out of hard-to-reach areas, and vacuums soils from the floor, leaving it clean and dry. Reels store the 50 ft (15.25 m) solution hose and the 25 ft (7.5 m) recovery hose to reduce tangles and storage space, and the compact body keeps sight lines clear during transport.
A 25-gallon (95 L) clean water tank and 22-gallon (83 L) recovery tank let operators clean more area between refills, and a sight gauge shows the water level. A 1,400 W, three-stage vacuum motor provides 117 in of waterlift and 100 cfm of airflow. Two chemical bottle wells fit round or square bottles, the front casters have brakes, the handle adjusts to operator height, and the clamshell housing opens for maintenance.
