“The 7765 is a big rider sweeper-scrubber, and the buyers we see for it are manufacturing facilities and large warehouses. It sweeps and scrubs in a single pass, with a 60-inch sweeping path, a 16 cubic foot hopper and a 54-inch disc scrub deck, so one operator can take care of a lot of plant floor.
Here's what goes into one of our reconditioned units. The machine is stripped down to its major components, then cleaned and pressure washed. Metal parts are sanded and repainted, and the tanks are heated to remove scuffs and scratches where practical. Wear items are replaced, including hoses, gaskets, filters, blades, casters, bumper wheels and decals, and motors, engine included, are tested and rebuilt as needed. Then the machine is assembled, serviced and tested to perform like new.

The Advance 7765 is an industrial rider sweeper-scrubber with an independent dry sweeping system ahead of the scrub deck, so it picks up loose debris and scrubs in a single pass. It sweeps a 60-inch (152 cm) path with a 50-inch main broom and 24-inch (61 cm) side broom, and scrubs a 54-inch (137 cm) path with three 18-inch (45 cm) disc brushes at up to 600 lb (272 kg) of pressure.
Solution and recovery tanks hold 100 gallons (380 L) each and are stainless steel, and the recovery tank tilts out for cleaning. Debris goes to a 16 cu ft (454 L) all-steel hopper with a variable high dump, and a 107 sq ft (10 m²) dust filter has an automatic shaker. The machine has hydraulic systems, rack-and-pinion power steering, a welded steel chassis with wraparound bumper and a hopper safety arm.
