“The 3400 ST is Advance's back-to-basics rider. Instead of electronic deck and squeegee controls, the operator lowers the scrub deck and squeegee by hand and presses the foot pedal to go, so training is short and there are fewer electronics to troubleshoot. It fits large open floors where a walk-behind takes too long.
The 34-inch disc deck turns at 260 rpm with two pressure levels, 105 pounds for regular scrubbing and 205 pounds for heavier soil. At the low flow setting the 28-gallon solution tank lasts about 85 minutes, and the operator can raise flow at the touch of a button for high-traffic areas. At 66.7 dBA it is quiet enough for daytime work, and the open operator compartment gives a clear view of the floor.
The trade-off for that simplicity is fewer automated features. If you want options like EcoFlex detergent dosing or one-touch controls, look at a newer rider such as the SC4000. This is a reconditioned unit, so ask your rep which batteries and charger are installed.”

The Advance 3400 ST is a 24-volt battery rider scrubber with a 34-inch (86 cm) disc scrub deck, a 28-gallon (106 L) solution tank and a 29-gallon (110 L) recovery tank. The scrub deck and squeegee are lowered manually, and a foot pedal controls travel at up to 3.12 mph (4.8 km/h) while cleaning, for a maximum coverage of 47,872 sq ft (4,448 m²) per hour.
The brush motor is rated at 0.5 hp (373 W) and turns at 260 rpm, with scrub pressure of 105 lb (46 kg) regular or 205 lb (93 kg) heavy. A 0.75 hp (560 W) vacuum motor provides 63 inches of sealed waterlift, the squeegee is 41.4 inches (105 cm) wide, and the machine U-turns in a 67.5-inch (171 cm) aisle. Non-marking urethane tires and side steps are standard.
