“The CS7010 handles sweeping and scrubbing with two separate systems: a front cylindrical sweeper with dual side brooms and its own 7 cubic foot hopper, then a 48-inch disc scrub deck and squeegee behind it. In warehouses, plants and distribution centers that means loose debris goes into the hopper instead of the recovery tank, and the floor is swept and scrubbed in one pass.
This is the LP hybrid. A Kubota 30 hp LPG engine powers electric drives instead of the hydraulic systems on older combination machines, and Advance rates about 5.5 hours of sweeping and scrubbing per 32-pound tank. A backup battery lets the operator drive to the refueling station if the tank runs out, and the 75-gallon tanks and 400-pound top scrub setting handle heavy industrial soil.
The trade-offs are noise and size. It is rated at 82 dBA, so it is not a daytime machine for occupied spaces, and it needs about 104 inches to turn around. For indoor work where noise and exhaust matter, the battery version is worth a look. This is a reconditioned unit.”

The Advance CS7010 LP Hybrid is an industrial rider sweeper-scrubber with independent front dry sweeping and rear scrubbing. It sweeps a 61-inch (154 cm) path with dual side brooms and a 36 x 12.2-inch (90 x 31 cm) main broom, scrubs a 48-inch (122 cm) path with three 17-inch (43 cm) discs, and carries 75 gallons (285 L) each of solution and recovery.
A Kubota WG972 LPG engine (30 hp, 22 kW) runs the hybrid electric drive system, rated for about 5.5 hours per 32 lb (14.5 kg) LPG tank. Debris goes to a 7 cu ft (198 L), 300 lb (136 kg) hopper with a 60-inch (152 cm) high dump, and a 115 sq ft (10.7 m²) Donaldson PowerCore filter with a variable-frequency shaker controls dust.
