“The TFC 400 is a touch-free cleaner for restrooms, locker rooms, garages and other hard-surface areas where a mop mostly spreads soil around. It sprays solution at 400 psi from the tip to loosen grime on floors, walls and fixtures, then vacuums the dirty water back into the recovery tank, so nobody has to scrub by hand.
What stands out is capacity. The 20-gallon solution tank and 13-gallon recovery tank cover several restrooms between refills, the 25-foot hoses reach into stalls without moving the machine, and the open dual chemical system takes whatever bottles a facility already uses. The motor and pump sit on a palette that comes out without tools, which keeps service simple.
The honest trade-off is setup and storage. At 86 pounds with two tanks and two hoses, it is more machine than a mop bucket, so it makes the most sense where restrooms get a full cleaning every day. For quick touch-ups between full cleanings, a mop is still faster. This is a reconditioned unit.”

The Clarke TFC 400 is a touch-free all-purpose cleaner that sprays cleaning solution at 400 psi from the tip and vacuums it back up, so floors, walls and fixtures get cleaned without hand contact with the soil. It carries a 20-gallon (75.7 L) solution tank and a 13-gallon (49.2 L) recovery tank. Clarke lists bathrooms, locker rooms, garages, hallways and walk-off mats as typical uses.
A 2-stage, 900 W vacuum motor produces 81 inches of water lift and 97 cfm, and its exhaust doubles as a blower with an optional 15-foot hose. The 25-foot solution and recovery hoses store on the machine, the open dual chemical system accepts any bottle type, and the motor and pump sit on a tools-free removable palette. With the optional stand-up carpet wand, it can also extract carpet.
Not included: Front-mount squeegee, saddle bag, stand-up carpet wand and 15 ft blower hose are optional.
