“The AquaClean 12ST is a compact self-contained extractor for facilities with smaller carpeted areas, and Advance aimed it at healthcare, schools, restaurants, government buildings and supermarkets. The 5-gallon solution tank covers about 1,000 square feet before a refill, and the 12-inch path keeps it easy to handle in offices, corridors and small rooms.
Controls are simple: one on/off button and a solution switch, which helps limit over-wetting when operators are new to extraction. The laminar-flow vacuum shoe pulls water back evenly, and the 2-stage, 1.2 hp vacuum motor is rated at 85 inches of waterlift. The cylindrical brush comes off without tools and parks off the floor for storage.
The trade-off is size. A 12-inch path and 4-gallon recovery tank suit spot work and small rooms, not ballrooms or long corridors; for those, look at a wider self-contained unit such as the Advance ES300 ST. This is a reconditioned unit, so ask your rep what accessories come with it.”

The Advance AquaClean 12ST (model 56265300) is a self-contained carpet extractor with a 12-inch (30.5 cm) cleaning path, a 5-gallon (19 L) solution tank and a 4-gallon (15 L) recovery tank. Advance rates one tank at about 1,000 square feet of carpet and lists healthcare facilities, schools, restaurants, government buildings and supermarkets as typical applications.
A single spray jet applies solution at 0.43 gpm at 60 psi, and a laminar-flow vacuum shoe works with a 2-stage, 1.2 hp vacuum motor rated at 85 inches (216 cm) of waterlift. The cylindrical brush removes without tools and has an off-floor storage position, the control panel has one on/off button and a solution switch, and the handle folds down for transport.
