“The AquaClean 12ST is a compact self-contained extractor for facilities with smaller carpeted areas, and Advance aimed it at healthcare, schools, restaurants, government buildings and supermarkets. The 5-gallon solution tank covers about 1,000 square feet before a refill, and the 12-inch path keeps it easy to handle in offices, corridors and small rooms.
Controls are simple: one on/off button and a solution switch, which helps limit over-wetting when operators are new to extraction. The laminar-flow vacuum shoe pulls water back evenly, and the 2-stage, 1.2 hp vacuum motor is rated at 85 inches of waterlift. The cylindrical brush comes off without tools and parks off the floor for storage.
The trade-off is size. A 12-inch path and 4-gallon recovery tank suit spot work and small rooms, not ballrooms or long corridors; for those, look at a wider self-contained unit such as the Advance ES300 ST. This is a demo unit, so ask your rep what accessories come with it.”

The cylindrical brush removes without tools and has an off-floor storage position, the control panel has one on/off button and a solution switch, and the handle folds down for transport.
