The 36 in cylindrical deck scrubs and sweeps in one pass, so light debris goes into the hopper instead of getting pushed ahead of the squeegee, and the 50 gal solution and recovery tanks keep the machine cleaning instead of running back to the dump. Nilfisk rates it at up to 93,450 sq ft per hour of scrubbing coverage. This configuration adds EcoFlex, so an operator can run on water for routine cleaning and bring in detergent only where the floor calls for it, and the onboard charger means you plug in wherever it parks with no battery watering. If your floors are smooth and polished, a disk deck is usually the better fit. If they are textured or heavily soiled, the cylindrical deck is the one to look at.”
A 36 in cylindrical rider that scrubs and sweeps in one pass
The Advance SC6000 36C is a ride-on floor scrubber for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and other large indoor floors. Two cylindrical brushes scrub a 36 in path while an onboard hopper collects light debris, so one pass scrubs and sweeps. 50 gal solution and recovery tanks keep it cleaning between fills, and Nilfisk rates it at up to 93,450 sq ft per hour of scrubbing coverage.
This configuration pairs the EcoFlex detergent management system with 36 V, 312 Ah AGM batteries and an onboard charger, so there are no batteries to water and no separate charger to move around.

Does the SC6000 36C scrub and sweep at the same time?
Yes. The cylindrical brush deck picks up light debris into an onboard hopper (0.43 cu ft) while it scrubs, so one pass does both jobs.
How long does it run on a charge?
Nilfisk rates the 36 V, 312 Ah AGM battery option at up to 3.5 hours. Actual runtime depends on the floor, the brush load and how the machine is driven.
Does it include a battery charger?
Yes. This configuration includes an onboard charger, so there is no separate charging station to buy or move.
What does EcoFlex do?
EcoFlex is Nilfisk’s detergent management system. It adjusts water and chemical use to the job, so operators can run on water for routine cleaning and add detergent only when the floor needs it.
Will it fit my aisles and doorways?
The machine is 70 in long and 46 in wide (48.5 in with the squeegee), with a 79.5 in minimum aisle turn. Measure your tightest doorway and aisle turn before you order.
Should I choose a cylindrical or a disk deck?
Cylindrical decks suit textured, uneven and grout-heavy floors and collect light debris as they scrub. Disk decks suit smoother floors. Nilfisk offers the SC6000 in 34 in and 40 in disk versions as well as this 36 in cylindrical version.
