“I've used the Advance SC100 in a few different settings, and it's a great machine if you're looking for something better than a mop but don't want to deal with a full-size scrubber. It's compact, easy to handle, and does a better job pulling dirt off hard floors than traditional cleaning methods. It works well in small commercial spaces like offices, retail stores, and medical suites, but it's also a good fit for residential use, especially in kitchens, bathrooms, and entryways.
Designed like an upright vacuum, so the learning curve is minimal. For tight spaces and routine cleaning, it does exactly what you'd expect without being complicated.

The Advance SC100 is a compact upright scrubber that scrubs and dries in a single pass, giving small, high-traffic spaces an alternative to the mop and bucket. Its 12.2-inch (31 cm) cylindrical brush turns at 2,100 rpm, and a 12.6-inch squeegee picks up behind it through a 0.94 hp (700 W) vacuum motor with 72 inches of waterlift. A low deck profile with under 4 inches of clearance reaches beneath furniture.
The SC100 holds 0.8 gallons (3 L) of solution and 1 gallon (4 L) of recovery, enough for up to 16 minutes per tank. Two solution flow settings, a low-solution indicator light and a dosing cap help control water and detergent use. It weighs 26.5 lb with the cord, runs on a 33-foot detachable cord and stops all functions when stood upright. This listing is a demo unit.
