“The T500e is a solid choice when a building has outgrown a 20-inch scrubber but still has hallways, doorways and aisles that a rider can't handle well. With 22.5 gallons of solution and a 27-gallon recovery tank, an operator can work a long school corridor, a grocery sales floor or a hospital wing without constant trips to the drain. It drives itself, and the controls are simple enough for rotating night crews.
The packages here differ only in deck width. The 26-inch is the most maneuverable and suits classrooms, offices and furnished areas. The 28-inch is the all-around middle option. The 32-inch covers the most floor, about 25,700 square feet an hour in Tennant's practical rating, and makes sense for open retail, warehouse and gym floors where turning room isn't an issue. All three come with the standard 225 Ah wet battery set.”
Tennant T500e: a mid-size dual-disc walk-behind floor scrubber
The Tennant T500e is a battery-powered, self-propelled walk-behind floor scrubber for mid-size floors, offered here with a dual-disc scrub deck in a 26 in (650 mm), 28 in (700 mm) or 32 in (800 mm) cleaning path. It carries a 22.5 gal (85 L) solution tank and a 27 gal (102 L) recovery tank, so it can run long routes between dump-and-fill stops. Tennant rates it for virtually any hard floor surface condition, and Tennant shows it working hospital corridors and grocery aisles. The T500e replaces Tennant's earlier T5e.

Reading the model numbers: All three packages are the conventional (water and detergent) T500e with four 6 V, 225 Ah wet batteries, Tennant's standard battery set for this machine. The last digit of the package number tracks the deck: 1001D is 26 in, 1002D is 28 in and 1003D is 32 in.
