“The Q12 is not a daily scrubber. It is the machine you bring in when tile and grout have gone dark and a mop or auto scrubber can't get the soil out of the grout lines. The turbo tool sprays solution at up to 1,200 psi from spinning jets and vacuums it back up in the same pass, so the dirty water comes off the floor instead of settling back into the grout. It suits any tile and grout floor, and the 25-foot hoses mean the machine can stay in the hallway while you work in a stall or under counters.
Pressure is adjustable from 400 psi, and the gauge on the front makes it easy to turn it down for softer surfaces. If you also clean carpet, add the Titanium wand and the same machine works as a CRI Silver extractor. Plan for two separate 15 A circuits; the circuit locator light helps find them.”
A portable high-pressure cleaner for grout, tile and other hard surfaces
The Tennant Q12 Multi-Surface Cleaner is a 120 V portable restorative cleaning machine that sprays solution at up to 1,200 psi through a hard surface turbo tool and pulls it back with a three-stage vacuum. Tennant built it as a commercial grout cleaner for hard floors, and with the optional Exodus Titanium Wand it also cleans carpet; that combination is Silver certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute as a deep cleaning extractor. Long 25 ft (7.6 m) hoses let the operator clean hard-to-reach areas without moving the machine, and lift handles and transport rollers make it easy to take from site to site.
