Its 14 x 28 in pad has 40% more area than the EBG-20/C, so you cover a long corridor, gym or open floor in fewer passes, and the rectangular head runs straight lines into corners and along walls. Assembled with its weights it comes to 197 lb, and with SQP pads or sandscreens it removes finish without stripping chemicals.
The HEPA vac kit captures airborne particulates while you dry-strip or sand, which matters in buildings that stay occupied. It does not pick up floor debris, so sweep first. Choose the standard handle if the machine stays put. The two-piece handle makes sense when it travels between sites. If most of your work is smaller rooms, restrooms or tight spaces, the 20-inch EBG-20/CV is the easier machine to handle.”

The Square Scrub EBG-28V Pivot is a 115 V corded orbital floor preparation machine with a 14 x 28 in rectangular pad and the Square Scrub HEPA Dry Vac Kit installed. It strips, scrubs, sands and polishes large areas of tile and grout, VCT (wet or dry), LVT and resilient floors, wood and gym floors, concrete, terrazzo and stone. The vac kit captures airborne particulates during dry work, and the Pivot base floats under a side-mounted handle for balanced pad contact and easier control.
