“The EBG-20/CV is the EBG-20/C Pivot with Square Scrub's HEPA Dry Vac Kit already installed. Pick this version when the work makes dust: dry finish removal with SQP pads or sandscreens, sanding wood and gym floors, or abrading old coatings, especially in schools, offices or healthcare spaces that stay occupied. The vac kit is HEPA rated and CRI Gold certified. It is made to capture airborne particulates at the pad, not to pick up debris from the floor, so you still sweep or dust mop first.
Underneath it is the same 14 x 20 in orbital machine: 1.5 hp, 3,450 oscillations per minute, and slotted weights that take it from 156 lb up to 232 lb for stone polishing or sanding. Choose the standard handle for a machine that stays on one site. The two-piece handle makes sense if it travels between sites.”
A 20-inch orbital floor prep machine with HEPA dust control
The Square Scrub EBG-20/CV Pivot is a 115 V corded orbital floor preparation machine with a 14 x 20 in rectangular pad and the Square Scrub HEPA Dry Vac Kit installed. It strips, scrubs, sands and polishes tile and grout, VCT (wet or dry), LVT and resilient floors, wood and gym floors, concrete, terrazzo and stone. The vac kit captures airborne particulates while you dry-strip or sand. The Pivot base floats under a side-mounted handle for balanced pad contact and easier control.
