New Sanitaire TRADITION SC684G 12" Upright Vacuum
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“The TRADITION SC684G is a 12-inch shake-out-bag upright from Sanitaire's TRADITION line, a straightforward machine for daily carpet care in offices, classrooms, churches and hotel corridors. It weighs 15.4 pounds, so carrying it between floors is manageable, and the 12-inch head works well around desks and furniture.
The 18-quart shake-out bag is the main reason to choose it. You empty the bag and keep going, with no disposable bags to keep in stock. A 7-amp, 840-watt motor rated at 145 CFM does the work, and Sanitaire rates its life at more than 2,000 hours. The chrome brush roll takes replaceable bristle strips, and the brush roll and belt change without tools, which keeps routine upkeep simple. A 50-foot cord cuts down on outlet changes.
There are no on-board tools, and at 79 dBA it suits after-hours cleaning better than occupied spaces. If you want CRI Gold certification and a disposable bag, look at the TRADITION SC688B instead; for wide open areas, the 16-inch SC899H covers more floor per pass.”
A 12-inch upright with an 18-quart shake-out bag.
The Sanitaire TRADITION SC684G is a lightweight commercial upright vacuum with a 12-inch cleaning path. Its 7-amp, 840-watt extended-life motor produces 145 CFM of airflow, and Sanitaire rates motor life at more than 2,000 hours. The vacuum weighs 15.4 lb and is UL Listed.
Debris collects in an 18-quart shake-out bag, so no disposable bags are needed, and a metal clip bag-release system makes emptying straightforward. The chrome VGII brush roll has replaceable bristle strips, and both the brush roll and belt can be replaced without tools. A six-position height knob adjusts for carpet pile, and a 50-foot cord reduces outlet changes.
