Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)

“The Rider-M v2 28D is Timberline's mid-size ride-on scrubber with a dual-disk deck, sized for schools, hospitals, grocery and retail floors that have outgrown a walk-behind. Two 14-inch disks, each on its own 0.75 hp motor, scrub a 28-inch path at 270 rpm with 120 lb of down pressure, and a 37-inch squeegee follows behind.

What stands out is tank size for the class: 45 gallons of solution and 46 of recovery, plus a demisting chamber. The disks take brushes or pad drivers, so one machine can go from daily scrubbing to heavier work, and Timberline points to the individually driven brushes for better results on irregular floors. Controls stay simple, with an easy-scrub button, three water and three pressure settings and an eco mode.

The trade-off: a disk deck doesn't sweep, so loose debris should be dust-mopped first. If grout lines or warehouse debris are the daily problem, the cylindrical 26C or 30C is the better fit. The standard wet batteries also need regular watering.”

“Since purchasing our floor scrubber from Southeastern Equipment & Supply Darren has been AWESOME. He is very knowledgeable, caring and intentional about ensuring our questions were answered and our needs met.” — Facilities Manager, Google review

A 28-inch dual-disk rider scrubber with a 45-gallon solution tank.

The Timberline Rider-M v2 28D is a battery-powered ride-on scrubber with a 28-inch (711 mm) dual-disk scrub deck. Two individually driven 0.75 hp disks turn at 270 rpm with 120 lb (54 kg) of down pressure. A 37-inch breakaway squeegee and a 3-stage, 0.8 hp vacuum with 70 in of water lift pick up the water, and Timberline rates the machine at 75 dBA.

It carries 45 gal (170 L) of solution and 46 gal (174 L) of recovery, with a 1.25 gal demisting chamber. The standard 24 V, 240 Ah wet battery pack gives up to 4 hours of run time and charges from the onboard charger; AGM and lithium packs are options. Front-wheel drive moves it at up to 3.3 mph, and Timberline rates productivity at 38,500 sq ft per hour theoretical and 18,000 practical.
