New Timberline NANO Orbitz v2.0 10.5" Orbital Cordless Floor Buffer
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“The NANO Orbitz v2.0 is Timberline's small orbital machine, the one to bring for spots a full-size machine can't reach: stairwells, bleachers, and the floor around toilets. It oscillates a 10.5 x 5.25 in pad and runs from a 42 V lithium-ion battery, so there's no cord to drag up a flight of stairs.
What stands out is how well it suits occupied buildings. The scrub head is compact, the handlebar is long and padded, and it runs at under 57 dBA, which matters in hospitals and schools. Timberline says one charge covers up to 30 hospital rooms, and the battery has a swap handle, so with a spare battery you can keep scrubbing while the other one charges.
The trade-off is run time and coverage. Expect up to 40 minutes per battery and about 2 hours to recharge, and a 10.5-inch path is for detail work, not open floors. If the job is corridors and large rooms, look at the 20-inch ISO Orbitz instead.”
A cordless 10.5-inch orbital machine for stairs, restrooms and tight spaces.
The Timberline NANO Orbitz v2.0 is a battery-powered orbital floor machine with a 10.5-inch (27 cm) cleaning width. A 0.33 hp (246 W) motor drives a 10.5 x 5.25 in (26.7 x 13.3 cm) pad on a 10-gauge steel scrub head. It runs from a 42 V DC lithium-ion battery for up to 40 minutes of continuous scrubbing, and Timberline gives a 2-hour charge time.
Timberline designed it for stairwells, bleachers, restrooms and other hard-to-reach areas, and says it can clean up to 30 hospital rooms on a single charge. The battery has a swap handle for quick changes. The machine has a 51.25-inch padded handlebar, four deck isolators and a standard dust skirt, and is rated under 57 dBA.
