“The GoFit 6 HEPA is the model in ProTeam's GoFit line built around a sealed HEPA filter, rated to capture 99.97% of particulates as small as 0.3 microns. It fits hospitals, clinics and patient-care spaces, plus remediation and renovation crews, since ProTeam says it meets the EPA's definition of a HEPA vacuum under the Lead RRP Rule. Follow federal, state and local rules for any hazardous material.
This package comes with the Xover Multi-Surface Telescoping Wand Tool Kit, so one 14-inch floor tool handles low-pile carpet and hard floors, and the wand adjusts from 42 to 57 inches. The vacuum holds 6 quarts and uses the same quick-adjust 4-step harness as the rest of the GoFit line.
The trade-off is airflow. ProTeam rates the HEPA model at 124 CFM and 75 inches of static lift, against 153 CFM and 91 inches for the standard GoFit 6, and it weighs 13.3 pounds. If you don't need sealed HEPA filtration, the standard GoFit 6 gives you more suction in a lighter unit.”
