“The Scrubmaster B400 RH is a large battery-powered rider that sweeps and scrubs in a single pass. It is aimed at warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and other big open floors, often polished concrete, where running a separate sweeper and scrubber would mean two machines and two passes.
Dual side brooms and a main sweeping roller cover a 60-inch path and feed a 5.34 cubic foot hopper that lifts up to 65 inches to dump. Behind that, three disc brushes scrub a 48-inch path with three down-pressure settings, and the 105-gallon solution and recovery tanks keep refill and dump stops to a minimum. Brushes load and unload hands-free, the squeegee cleans itself, and the controls are one-touch buttons with an LCD operator panel.
The trade-off is size and weight. At 4,500 lb with batteries and about 110 inches long, it is built for wide aisles and open floors, not congested aisles or small buildings. For tighter facilities, a smaller rider scrubber or a walk-behind may suit better.”

The Powerboss Scrubmaster B400 RH is a battery-powered rider that sweeps and scrubs in a single pass. Dual side brooms and a 34.65-inch main sweeping roller cover a 60-inch sweep path and feed a 5.34 cu ft hopper that holds up to 330 lb and lifts to 65 inches for dumping. Behind them, three 16.93-inch disc brushes scrub a 48-inch path at 220 rpm.
Brush down pressure has three settings: 121, 165 or 209 lb. The 105-gallon solution and recovery tanks run off a 36-volt battery system. Standard features include an LCD operator panel, self-loading brushes, a fold-up self-cleaning squeegee with auto-flush, solution level indicators and onboard diagnostics. Options include an overhead guard, Dust Stop filtration and off-aisle cleaning.
