New PowerBoss Scrubmaster B120R Ride-On Floor Scrubber
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“The Scrubmaster B120 R is the step up for a facility that has outgrown walk-behind scrubbers but still has narrow aisles to work around. Think congested warehouses, beverage plants, auto dealerships and big retail floors. It holds 32 gallons of solution and 32 of recovery, and the 90-degree steering angle lets it turn around in an aisle where most riders would have to back out.
The choice comes down to the deck. Pick a cylindrical deck (28 or 33 inch) if the floor has light debris or texture, because it sweeps and scrubs in one pass and you can skip the pre-sweep. Pick a disc deck (30 or 35 inch) for smooth floors. The Aqua Stop disc brushes use up to half the water, and the 35-inch disc has the most down pressure in the family. Go with the narrower decks for tight aisles and the wider ones for open floor.”
A 32-gallon rider scrubber with a choice of disc or cylindrical decks
The PowerBoss Scrubmaster B120 R is a battery-powered ride-on automatic floor scrubber for medium-size and large commercial and industrial facilities. PowerBoss lists shopping centers, production facilities, congested warehouses, automotive dealers, beverage plants, airplane hangars, train stations and airports among its jobs. It carries independent 32-gallon solution and recovery tanks, runs on a 24 V, 315 Ah battery system with an onboard charger, and comes with four scrub decks: 28 in or 33 in cylindrical, or 30 in or 35 in disc. A 90-degree steering angle lets it make a full U-turn in narrow aisles and corridors.

Reading the model numbers: The four packages are PowerBoss models SM2832C, SM3032D, SM3332C and SM3532D. The first two digits are the nominal deck width in inches, C means a cylindrical deck and D means a disc deck. All four share the same chassis, 32-gallon tanks and 24 V battery system.
Features:
- Cylindrical decks sweep and scrub in a single pass; Aqua Stop disc brushes use up to 50% less water
- Boost button switches on maximum brush pressure and water flow at the same time
- AquaControl stops the brushes and the water supply automatically when the machine stands still
- Slow mode drops speed to 2 mph at the push of a button, and a display warns when the solution tank falls below 3 gallons
- Front and rear bumpers, fold-out side skirts for brush changes, and a deck offset to the right for cleaning close to walls
