A compact 20-inch rider scrubber.
The Onyx RX20 is a ride-on battery autoscrubber with a 20-inch cleaning path. A single 20-inch brush or pad turns at 180 rpm under 100 lb of head pressure, with a containment skirt and a 500-watt brush motor. An 800-watt rear-wheel drive system moves the machine, and a 500-watt vacuum motor and 32-inch squeegee recover the water. Onyx rates productivity at up to 35,000 sq ft per hour.
Tanks hold 17 gallons of solution and 20 gallons of recovery. Two 12-volt, 125 Ah AGM maintenance-free batteries are wired for 24 volts and rated for 3 to 4 hours of run time, and Onyx provides a 24-volt, 15-amp charger with the machine. Pads change without tools. The RX20 weighs 485 lb, measures 49 x 24 x 43 inches and runs under 63 dBA.
