“A low-speed swing machine is still the most versatile tool in a custodial closet. One machine scrubs, strips, buffs, polishes and sands, depending on the pad or brush under it. The ONYX HERO T1 runs at 175 RPM with a 1.5 hp motor and a cast-iron triple-planetary gearbox. It has an LED light strip on the motor so operators can see the floor in dim hallways and under tables, plus a bubble level that helps set the machine up before you start.
Size depends on the space. The 13-inch fits restrooms, offices and tight spots around fixtures. The 17-inch is the all-around size for classrooms and corridors. The 20-inch covers gyms, cafeterias and lobbies faster when you’re stripping or scrubbing. The head can be changed to another size later, and you can add a tank or weights when the job calls for them.”

The ONYX HERO T1 is a corded, low-speed rotary floor machine (swing machine) for stripping, scrubbing, buffing, polishing and sanding. Built for school hallways, hospital floors and commercial lobbies, it works on VCT, vinyl, sealed concrete, tile, stone and wood floors with the right pad or brush.
