“The BZ-102LX Breeze is for cleaners who want truckmount-style suction without a truckmount. Two LX vacuums pull 250 CFM and 182 inches of water lift, and Mytee rates it for effective hose runs of 150 feet, so the machine can stay near the outlets while the wand works deep into a building. Big 10-inch rear wheels help on stairs, and the 10-gallon tanks keep trips to the sink down.
There are three versions. The standard BZ-102LX is the simplest and lightest at 108 lb. The AUTO adds auto-fill and a 3.3 gpm pump-out, which makes sense if the machine rides in a van and you would rather run garden hoses than carry buckets. The heated LXH adds a 1,600-watt heater, but its switch runs the heater or the second vacuum, not both at once. Every Breeze needs two separate grounded 20-amp circuits.”
A dual-vacuum, 220 psi portable built to clean like a truckmount
The Mytee BZ-102LX Breeze™ is a portable carpet extractor for commercial carpet cleaning. Two Mytee LX™ vacuums produce up to 250 CFM and 182 inches of water lift (about 13.4 in Hg) at the carpet, which Mytee says supports effective hose runs of 150 feet, and a 220 psi diaphragm demand pump feeds the cleaning tool. It has 10-gallon solution and recovery tanks, a recovery tank with an ultra-strong baffle design, and 10-inch rear wheels that make stair climbing easier. It runs on two 50-foot twist-lock power cords.

Reading the model numbers: All three are the 220 psi Breeze™ with two LX™ vacuums. AUTO models fill from a garden hose and shut off at a float switch, then pump recovered water out through a second hose. The H in BZ-102LXH means heated: a 3-position switch runs either the 1,600-watt heater or the second vacuum, which keeps it a dual-cord machine.
