“The BPV Pro is a 10-quart corded backpack vacuum for crews covering a lot of floor plus detail work: offices, schools, hallways, stairs and aircraft cabins. Its 1.5 HP motor delivers 150 CFM and 95 inches of static lift, and the vacuum weighs 10 pounds with a cushioned back pad and shoulder and waist belts.
Two design details matter day to day. A deflector plate holds heavy debris away from the motor filter, and the body tapers so a full bag doesn't press against the sides, both aimed at keeping airflow up as the bag fills. Sound-dampening foam keeps it at 67 dBA. The hose threads into either side of the lid for right- or left-handed use, and the lid can convert it into a blower.
The trade-offs: it is a dry vacuum only, and it runs on a 50-foot cord, so plan outlet changes on long routes. Facilities that want HEPA filtration can add Minuteman's HEPA filter kit.”

Its 1.5 HP single-stage motor draws 11.5 amps at 115 volts and produces 150 CFM with 95 inches (2,413 mm) of static lift. Debris collects in a disposable heavy-duty paper micro-bag inside a washable cloth shakeout bag.
A deflector plate keeps heavy debris away from the motor filter, the body tapers 3/4 inch per side so a full bag does not block airflow, and 70 square inches of sound-dampening foam hold the sound level to 67 dBA. Two lever-style latches lock the lid, the static-dissipating hose threads in for right- or left-handed use, and a 50-foot, 16/3 safety cord is standard.
