New Minuteman Port A Scrub 12 Battery Cylindrical Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“One of the original micro scrubbers on the market, the Port-A-Scrub 12 packs a strong punch despite its smaller size. This unit covers a 12" scrubbing path and comes battery powered or corded. Its smaller profile makes it ideal for small, tight areas where traditionally a mop and bucket would be used. While the Port-A-Scrub 12 can clean any hard floor, it excels in cleaning limited space tile floors such as kitchens and bathrooms and their grout lines.
The versatility (4 brush options for hard or soft surface cleaning) of the machine allows for the unit to be able to handle a variety of different cleaning challenges. The size of the unit allows an individual to be brought up to speed and trained to use the equipment in a short period of time. Overall, the Minuteman Port-A-Scrub 12 would be a durable and efficient automatic scrubber ideal in small to medium size cleaning jobs that would be recommended for use in a variety of settings: commercial, industrial, and otherwise.”
“Darren was extremely helpful throughout the ordering process, understanding our cleaning needs and giving us floor scrubber options that could work for us. The machine is everything he said it was and more.” — Bob P., Google review
The Port A Scrub 12 without the cord.
The Minuteman Port A Scrub 12 Battery (M12BQP) is the cordless version of Minuteman's 12-inch Port A Scrub. Like the corded model, it scrubs with two counter-rotating cylindrical brushes and picks up the dirty water in the same pass. A brushless DC motor drives the brushes, powered by a removable battery pack.
Minuteman's manual says the battery reaches full charge in 5.5 hours. The clean water tank holds about 1 gallon (4 L), and the brushes have four height settings to allow for wear. Standard, soft, hard and escalator brushes and a side brush assembly are offered, so the machine can be matched to different floors and edges.
