The Minuteman Port A Scrub 12 (M12110) is a corded compact floor scrubber that scrubs with two counter-rotating cylindrical brushes and picks up the dirty water in the same pass, leaving the floor virtually dry for traffic. Its 12-inch (30.5 cm) path fits congested areas, and Minuteman rates productivity at 3,770 sq ft per hour.

Minuteman lists it for vinyl, tile, hardwood, concrete, short-nap carpet, quarry tile, brick, slate, granite, marble, rubber floors, escalators and people movers. The 1-gallon clean water tank sits on the handle and lifts off for filling, the brushes change without tools and have four height settings, and lowering the handle starts the machine. It runs on 110 V through a 40-foot, 18-gauge cord.
