“The KM 85/50 R Bp is a small ride-on sweeper for places where a big rider won't fit and a walk-behind takes too long: warehouse aisles, plant floors, parking areas, loading docks and walkways. It is compact enough to work narrow corridors and tight corners, and the operator sits instead of walking, which makes a difference over a full shift. Kärcher calls it an entry-level ride-on, and it is simple to run and maintain.
Both packages are the same sweeper on a 24 V system. Take the 105 Ah wet batteries if your crew already waters batteries, or the 100 Ah AGM set if you want sealed batteries with no watering. Kärcher rates run time at about 2.5 hours either way, so plan routes and charging around that.”

The Kärcher KM 85/50 R Bp is a battery-powered, ride-on vacuum sweeper built for confined and congested spaces. Its compact design and high maneuverability let it clean narrow corridors and around sharp corners, and Kärcher says it also delivers strong area performance outdoors, making it a versatile entry-level ride-on sweeper. It uses the direct-throw (dustpan) principle with a floating main roller brush, two 25 L waste containers and a flat-fold filter, and it runs on a 24 V battery system for indoor and outdoor sweeping. Kärcher rates its maximum area performance at 54,900 square feet per hour with one side brush, with about 2.5 hours of run time per charge.

Reading the model numbers: Kärcher lists these as KM 85/50 R Bp + Wet (9.841-453.0) and KM 85/50 R Bp + AGM (9.841-454.0). The name lines up with the machine: 85 cm (33.5 in) working width with one side brush and 50 L of waste container volume. Bp stands for battery powered.
