“The KM 105/180 R Bp Classic is Kärcher's entry-level industrial rider sweeper, built for the dirty jobs: warehouse aisles, loading docks, production floors and outdoor lots where a walk-behind can't keep up. It sweeps a 41-inch path with the standard side broom, and Kärcher rates it at 54,250 square feet per hour. The 47-gallon hopper lifts hydraulically to a 52.75-inch dump height, so nobody is lifting a full hopper by hand.
Because it runs on 36-volt batteries, there are no engine fumes indoors, and the pocket filter cleans itself every 10 minutes to keep dust down. The only real decision is the battery. Wet batteries are the standard choice if your team keeps up with battery care. AGM batteries are low-maintenance, which suits sites where nobody wants to own that job. Both builds sweep exactly the same.”
A battery-powered ride-on industrial sweeper with a 41-inch path
The Kärcher KM 105/180 R Bp Classic is a battery-powered, fully hydraulic ride-on sweeper for large areas indoors and out: warehouses, production halls, distribution centers, loading areas and parking lots. Kärcher built it to pick up large amounts of dust and coarse debris from heavily soiled hard floors and paved surfaces. It uses the direct sweeping method, runs on a steel frame with a hydraulic traction drive, and is operated with simple levers that operators learn quickly.

Reading the model numbers: Kärcher order numbers 9.841-468.0 (wet batteries) and 9.841-469.0 (AGM batteries) are the same KM 105/180 R Bp Classic with one side broom; only the battery pack changes. A factory-installed left side broom (8.644-227.0) widens the sweep path to 53 in.
