“The KIRA B 200 is for operations with a lot of open floor and not enough people to scrub it: warehouses, distribution centers, big-box retail and similar large spaces. Set it up, teach it the route, and it scrubs and dries on its own while your crew handles the detail work a robot can't do. With the optional docking station it can refill, empty and charge itself, and when you need to hit a spill right now, an operator can ride it like a normal scrubber.
The choice here is the scrub head. The KIRA BR 200 uses roller brushes and a side brush, so it sweeps and scrubs in one pass, which suits textured, uneven or dirty floors and gets close to edges. The KIRA BD 200 uses disc brushes for smooth, delicate or glossy floors, and it can run diamond pads to build or keep a shine. If you are not sure which fits your floors, start with the floor type, not the square footage.”
Autonomous ride-on scrubbers for very large floors
The Kärcher KIRA B 200 is a fully autonomous floor scrubber-dryer for large facilities, offered as the KIRA BR 200 with roller brushes and the KIRA BD 200 with disc brushes. It cleans on its own with a multi-sensor navigation system and 360° all-round visibility, and it can also be driven manually as a ride-on machine when needed. Kärcher rates it at up to 52,313 square feet per hour in autonomous mode. The roller version pre-sweeps and scrubs in one pass on textured, uneven or heavily soiled floors; the disc version is built for smooth, delicate and glossy floors.

Reading the model numbers: KIRA BR 200 (1.533-013.0) is the roller-brush version and KIRA BD 200 (1.533-014.0) is the disc-brush version. Both use the same 24 V / 360 Ah lithium-ion battery system, 53-gallon fresh water tank, 43.3-inch squeegee and chassis.
