“This is a big-floor scrubber for manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centers, the kind of space where a walk-behind means hours of walking. The 53-gallon tanks and up to four hours of battery runtime keep it on the floor, and Kärcher rates its suction at 50% less residual moisture, so aisles dry faster and can be reopened sooner. The KIK key system lets a supervisor lock settings so every operator runs it the same way.
Picking a build mostly comes down to the floor. The R85 cylindrical deck uses roller brushes that Kärcher says deliver seven times the contact pressure of disc technology, a good match for textured or heavily soiled concrete. The 2SB version adds two side brushes for a 43-inch path along racking and walls. The D90 and D110 disc decks suit smoother floors, with the D110 covering the widest path. Then choose wet batteries for the most capacity or AGM for lower maintenance.”
A 36-volt ride-on floor scrubber for large industrial floors
The Kärcher B 220 R Bp, sold earlier under the B 200 R Bp name, is a battery-powered rider scrubber-dryer for production floors, warehouse aisles, distribution centers and other large indoor hard-floor areas. It scrubs and dries in one pass, with a parabolic squeegee that channels water to the pickup point, and you can choose a cylindrical or disc scrub deck to match your floor. Cleaning path runs from 33 to 43 inches depending on the deck.

Reading the model numbers: R85 is the cylindrical (roller) deck, D90 and D110 are disc decks, and 2SB adds two side brushes. In each R85 pair, the first order number ships with 36 V/360 Ah wet batteries and the second with 36 V/312 Ah AGM batteries. Every build includes an on-board charger.
