“The KM 100/120 R Bp is a battery ride-on sweeper for warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers and parking structures where dust is heavy and the space is too big to sweep on foot. It runs on 24 V AGM batteries with no exhaust, so it can work indoors, and the floating main broom follows uneven floors.

What stands out is how it handles dust and debris. The round filter has 64.5 square feet of area and cleans itself, the side broom speed can be turned down in dusty areas, and the side broom retracts to protect itself and the building. The 31.7-gallon hopper dumps hydraulically at up to 60 inches, and the filter and main broom change without tools.

The trade-off is size. This is a large machine with a shelf charger, so it needs a charging area and room to turn, and the standard path with one side broom is 39.4 inches. For smaller areas, a walk-behind like the KM 75/40 W Bp is easier to store and move.”

The Kärcher KM 100/120 R Bp (9.899-870.0) is a battery-powered ride-on sweeper with a floating main roller broom. Its 28.7-inch main broom and standard side broom sweep a 39.4-inch path, and an optional second side broom kit widens it to 50 inches. A 24 V AGM battery system and a 24 V, 50 A shelf charger are standard, and the traction drive uses a DC wheel-hub motor in the front wheel.

Debris goes into a 31.7-gallon container with hydraulic high dump to 60 inches. The self-cleaning round filter has 64.5 sq ft of area, and the side broom retracts to prevent damage and has adjustable speed for dusty areas. The filter and main broom change without tools, and an adjustable seat and yellow color-coded controls keep operation simple. Options include an overhead guard, lights and a vacuum kit.
