“The BR 40/10 C Adv is a corded compact scrubber for small, cluttered floors where a standard walk-behind is awkward: restrooms, kitchens, shops, offices, workshops and patient or guest rooms. Two counter-rotating cylindrical brushes clean a 15.75 in path at 650 rpm, and squeegees front and back pick up water whether the machine is pushed forward or pulled back.
What stands out is how low and simple it is. The handle folds down in both directions so the head reaches under tables and counters, the tanks lift off to fill at a low sink, and brushes and squeegees change without tools. The Adv version adds transport wheels and adjustable brush pressure from 22.4 to 44.8 lb, so you can run light on finished floors and add pressure for heavier soil.
The trade-off is the cord and the 2.6 gal tanks. Kärcher rates it at about 3,229 sq ft per hour in practice, so it suits detail and small-room work, not open floors. If you need to clean without a cord, look at the battery BR 35/12 C Bp.”
