“The BR 30/4 C is a corded upright scrubber for the small, cluttered spaces where a mop is still the usual tool: restrooms, kitchens, convenience stores, restaurant floors, hotel corridors and break rooms. It handles like an upright vacuum, and the roller brush pulls it forward, so there is very little to push.
What stands out is how it cleans for its size. The 11.8 in cylindrical brush spins at 1,450 rpm and gets into textured tile and grout lines, and the soft squeegees pick up water going forwards and backwards, so the floor is dry and back in use right away. A foot pedal turns the vacuum off so solution can sit and work before pickup, and both 1 gal tanks lift out to fill and empty at a sink.
The trade-off is capacity. With 1 gal tanks and about 1,615 sq ft per hour in practical use, it is a spot and small-area machine. For open floors measured in thousands of square feet, look at a larger battery machine such as the 14 in BR 35/12 C Bp.”

Separate 1 gal fresh and dirty water tanks can be removed together or individually and filled or emptied at a small sink. The soft rubber squeegees dry the floor in both directions, and a foot pedal turns suction off for intensive cleaning with dwell time.
