“The HD 3.0/30 PB is the first model in Kärcher's belt-drive HD PB Cart series, a gas cold water pressure washer for crews that run it for long stretches: fleet washing, equipment cleanup, building exteriors and flatwork. It delivers 3,000 psi at 3.0 gpm from a Honda GX270 engine.
What stands out is the drive. Notched V-belts and cast-iron pulleys turn the Kärcher crankcase pump, and Kärcher says this setup reduces belt slip and gives longer pump life. The tri-plunger, oil-bath pump has a forged brass head and ceramic pistons, an inlet strainer keeps debris in the water supply out of it, and the downstream detergent injector with brass soap nozzle is easy to attach.
The trade-off is size and weight. Kärcher lists it at 225 pounds with accessories on a 45-inch frame, which is a lot more machine than a direct-drive cart. For occasional cleaning around one property, the HD 2.5/27 P or HD 3.0/30 P is easier to move and store.”

The Kärcher HD 3.0/30 PB is a gasoline-powered, belt-drive cold water pressure washer rated at 3,000 psi and 3.0 gpm. A 270 cc Honda GX270 engine with low-oil alert and silent-tone muffler drives an industrial tri-plunger, oil-bath Kärcher crankcase pump with a forged brass head and ceramic pistons. Notched V-belts and cast-iron pulleys reduce belt slip, and an inlet strainer keeps debris in the water source out of the pump.
The steel chassis has an epoxy powder-coat finish, with chrome-plated 1-1/4 in handles front and back and rubber feet that keep it from walking. It comes with a 50 ft wire-braid high-pressure hose with hose guard, an insulated trigger gun, a stainless steel wand with quick-connect couplers and a downstream detergent injector with a brass soap nozzle. Kärcher lists it as ETL certified to UL 1776.
