“The HD 4.0/40 Ge Teton is for contractors, property managers and maintenance crews who need serious cold water output away from an outlet. At 4,000 psi and 4.0 gpm it handles concrete flatwork, equipment, dumpster pads and building exteriors. The Ge suffix means electric start on the 420 cc Kärcher engine, so an operator who starts and stops it all day is not fighting a recoil cord.
The Teton frame is what sets it apart. It is weld-free, corrosion-resistant aluminum on flat-free tires, and with Kärcher's skid feet it converts from a cart to a skid. It also fits the HD Pallet Skid with a 50-gallon water tank and 100-foot hose reel, a mild steel skid that sits in a standard UTV bed. A VRT3 unloader with a bypass loop and a thermal pump protector look after the pump.
The trade-off is that the pump is direct drive and turns at engine speed. For long daily run times, the belt-drive HD 4.0/40 GeB Teton is worth a look, and if electric start is not needed, the HD 4.0/40 G Teton has the same output with a recoil start.”

The Kärcher HD 4.0/40 Ge Teton (1.107-400.0) is a cold water, gasoline-powered pressure washer rated at 4,000 psi and 4.0 gpm. A 420 cc Kärcher commercial-duty engine with electric start drives a direct-drive crankcase pump. A VRT3 unloader with a bypass loop diverts water when the trigger is released, and a thermal pump protector discharges water once recirculating water reaches 140°F.
The frame is weld-free, corrosion-resistant aluminum with a low-profile handle and puncture-proof flat-free tires. With the optional skid feet the Teton converts from cart to skid, and it fits Kärcher's HD Pallet Skid with a 50-gallon water tank and 100 ft hose reel. It comes with an M407 trigger gun, a 50 ft hose, a 44 in lance, a chemical injector and four quick-connect nozzles.
