New Karcher HD 4.0/40 G Teton Gas Cold Water Pressure Washer
Our Take (from the SES Sales Team)
“The HD 4.0/40 G Teton is a gas cold water pressure washer for contractors, property managers and fleet or equipment crews who need real cleaning power away from an outlet. At 4,000 psi and 4.0 gpm it handles concrete, dumpster pads, building exteriors and equipment wash-down.
What stands out is the frame. It is weld-free, corrosion-resistant aluminum that holds up to wet work, with a low-profile handle and flat-free tires. The Teton design converts from cart to skid with the skid feet accessory and fits Kärcher's HD Pallet Skids, so the same washer can roll around a site one day and ride in a UTV bed with a 50-gallon tank the next. A Kärcher 420 cc engine drives the direct-drive crankcase pump, and a VRT3 unloader with a bypass loop protects it.
The trade-off is that it is a direct-drive unit, with the pump turning at engine speed. For long daily run times, the belt-drive HD 4.0/40 GB Teton is worth a look.”
4,000 psi gas power on an aluminum cart-or-skid frame.
The Kärcher HD 4.0/40 G Teton (1.107-399.0) is a cold water, gasoline-powered pressure washer rated at 4,000 psi and 4.0 gpm. A Kärcher 420 cc commercial-duty engine drives a direct-drive crankcase pump, and a VRT3 unloader with a bypass loop diverts water when the trigger gun is released. A thermal pump protector discharges water once recirculating water reaches 140°F.
The weld-free aluminum frame resists corrosion, the low-profile handle is easy to push and pull, and the flat-free tires are puncture proof. With optional skid feet the Teton converts from a cart to a skid, and it can be fitted to Kärcher's HD Pallet Skid with a 50-gallon tank and 100 ft hose reel, or with two 100 ft hose reels. It comes with an M407 trigger gun, a 50 ft hose and a 44 in lance.
