“The CleanWave Deluxe is a cold water pressure washer that runs on a 72V lithium-ion battery instead of an engine. It fits crews that need to clean without engine exhaust or a nearby outlet, such as parking structures, loading docks, plants, campuses and municipal work.
What stands out is how little output it gives up. In high-pressure mode it delivers 4,000 psi at 3.5 gpm, and ECO mode drops to 2,000 psi at 2.0 gpm to stretch run time to up to 240 minutes. Auto start/stop shuts the pump off after 30 seconds in bypass, the frame is forklift compatible, and charging uses a built-in charger on a standard 120V, 15 amp outlet. The lithium-ion battery is maintenance-free and rated for 3,000 charge cycles.
The trade-off is run time at full output. Kärcher rates about 90 minutes in high-pressure mode, and a full recharge takes 10 hours, so plan on one charge per shift. It is a large, heavy unit on a forklift-compatible frame, so plan how it will be moved, and for work away from water the CleanWave trailer package adds a 200-gallon tank.”

The Kärcher HD 3.5/40 Bp CleanWave Deluxe (1.106-612.0) is a battery-powered, cold water pressure washer. A 72V lithium-ion battery runs a direct-drive triplex crankshaft pump at 4,000 psi and 3.5 gpm, with a maximum run time of 90 minutes. ECO mode, selected with a switch, lowers output to 2,000 psi at 2.0 gpm and extends run time to up to 240 minutes.
The maintenance-free lithium-ion battery is rated for 3,000 charge cycles and recharges from flat to full in 10 hours with the built-in charger, which plugs into a standard 120V, 15 amp outlet. Turn-key start, auto start/stop and pump protection are standard, and the forklift-compatible frame is built for commercial use. It comes with an EASY!Force trigger gun, a 33 in spray lance and a 33 ft high-pressure hose.
