“The AP 100/50 M is built for washrooms, locker rooms and other wet areas where a mop mostly moves dirt around. Instead of scrubbing by hand, the operator sprays cleaning solution, rinses at low or high pressure and then vacuums floors and fixtures dry, all from one cart. It also fits kitchens, patient rooms and contract crews responsible for high-traffic restrooms.
Capacity is the standout. A 29-gallon solution tank and a 19-gallon recovery tank mean fewer trips to fill and empty, and the 2-stage, 1.25 hp vacuum motor with 82 inches of water lift handles the pickup. The 50-foot cord, 30-foot vacuum hose and 25-foot solution hose give plenty of reach from a doorway, and tools and chemicals ride on the machine.
The trade-off is size. At 210 pounds and 43 inches tall, it is a cart-sized machine, so check doorways, elevators and storage space before it arrives. For a single small restroom, a compact wet/dry vacuum or a mop-and-bucket routine may be all you need.”
