“The CR2 is built for crews that clean a lot of restrooms in schools, office buildings, arenas and other public facilities. Instead of a mop and bucket, the operator sprays chemical on walls and fixtures at low pressure, lets it dwell, rinses with the pressure gun, then vacuums everything back up with the squeegee wand or gulper tool. Nobody has to put their hands on the toilet.
What stands out is how complete the package is. The chemical metering is built in, the rinse pressure adjusts from 75 to 500 psi, and the tank holds 17 gallons, so one fill covers a good run of rooms. The 45 ft vacuum and exhaust hoses and 50 ft solution line let the machine stay in the hallway while you work inside. With EDIC's optional carpet kit and heater it can also extract carpet.
The trade-off is size. At 108 lb and 22 inches wide, it is a cart-sized machine, so check door widths and elevator access before it goes on the route. If your restrooms are smaller or fewer, look at the CR2 Jr., which has a 12-gallon tank and the same 550 psi pump.”

The EDIC CR2 is a touch-free system for cleaning restroom floors, walls, toilets and urinals. Its adjustable pump reaches 550 psi with an operating range of 75 to 500 psi, and it turns down to 75 psi in rinse mode to cut splashing around fixtures. A built-in chemical metering system with metering tips applies cleaner through the spray gun on the low-pressure setting, so no chemical goes in the solution tank.
A single 3-stage vacuum with 138 inches of water lift pulls rinse water through the 45 ft hose into a 15-gallon recovery tank, using the dual-head squeegee/brush wand or the gulper tool. The 17-gallon solution tank fills from a faucet with the included sink adapter. The CR2 has an onboard GFCI, a 50 ft detachable twist-lock cord, caddies for the wand, gun and hoses, and a mount for EDIC's optional 2000 W external heater.
