“If you need a rider floor scrubber that won’t break the budget, the Advance SC4000 is a great choice. This machine is available in Disc, Cylindrical, and Nilfisk’s unique REV system, which competes with other orbital scrubbers. This machine comes in 28” and 32”, and yet it is a smaller-profiled machine. This makes it very nimble and maneuverable. Rider scrubbers are not only easier but safer for the operator, as they are not in the way of the machine getting up against walls and making sharp turns because they are seated in the middle of the footprint of the scrubber. All of the command functions are integrated into the steering wheel, allowing the operator to make adjustments on the fly.. Also available are the EcoFlex system and Smart Flow Technology.”

Rider productivity in a compact footprint

The Advance SC4000 is a compact ride-on scrubber for schools, hospitals, retail and contract cleaners who need rider speed in buildings with doorways, elevators and narrow aisles. Five scrub decks, two battery types and three performance packages let you build the machine around your floors instead of the other way around.

Sweep + scrub

Cylindrical: 28C or 32C

Two counter-rotating cylindrical brushes sweep and scrub in one pass, catching small debris in an onboard tray so you can skip pre-sweeping. Lower down pressure, great on grout and textured floors.

Most scrubbing power

Disc: 28D or 34D

Highest down pressure in the line, up to 220 lb, for heavy daily scrubbing on smooth floors. The click-on brush system makes pad and brush changes tool-free. The 34D covers the most floor per pass.

Chemical-free finish removal

REV™ orbital: 28R

Patented random-orbital motion combined with rotation. Advance designed it to remove floor finish in a single pass without stripping chemicals, with uniform, swirl-free results and less water and chemical than a conventional disc deck.

Wet batteries cost less up front and need regular watering. AGM batteries are sealed and maintenance-free.
