“The AS7190TO is the orbital member of the Viper AS family. Instead of two spinning brushes, it runs one 14 by 28-inch rectangular pad in a fast orbit at 2,200 rpm, scrubbing in several directions at once. That makes it a strong daily scrubber for schools, gyms, malls and healthcare, and its finish removal mode lets crews take floor finish off without stripping chemicals. Pad pressure goes up to 143 pounds, and the 22-gallon solution and 24-gallon recovery tanks match the disc models.
All three packages are the same machine with traction drive, Eco mode and Silent mode. The 242 Ah wet package with the onboard charger is the standard choice. Choose 312 Ah AGM if nobody wants to water batteries, or TPPL for sealed batteries with a fast recharge between shifts.”
A 28-inch orbital walk-behind scrubber for deep cleaning and finish removal
The Viper AS7190TO is a battery-powered, traction-drive walk-behind automatic floor scrubber with an orbital scrub deck for intensive multidirectional floor care. Nilfisk built it for facility managers and contract cleaners who handle routine cleaning, heavy-duty scrubbing and chemical-free floor finish removal on medium to large hard-floor areas. It shares its chassis and tanks with the AS6690T and AS7690T disc models.

Reading the model numbers: The suffix is the battery package. 242 is wet (flooded) batteries with an onboard charger, 312 is AGM with a shelf charger, and TPPL (thin plate pure lead) is a sealed battery that Viper rates for a 2-hour rapid recharge.
